About the Role:
As an Implementation Administrator, you'll play a key role in onboarding new clients by ensuring a smooth and organized transition from our Sales Team to our Implementation Team. You'll communicate directly with clients to gather required documentation, verify payroll-related information, and prepare everything needed for a successful system setup.
This role focuses specifically on onboarding clients into our payroll and HCM system, requiring accurate collection of payroll tax documentation, general ledger structures, prior payroll data, and other key setup information. You'll work closely with Sales Consultants, Implementation Specialists, the Tax Team, and clients to ensure every implementation begins with organized, accurate information and a positive onboarding experience. This role is expected to be in-person at our Dublin office.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new clients during the transition from Sales to Implementation.
- Communicate with clients to collect and verify onboarding information and payroll-related information.
- Gather and organize key data such as tax documentation, general ledger structures, prior compensation data, and payroll setup requirements.
- Ensure all required information is accurate, complete, and ready for the Implementation Team prior to system configuration.
- Manage multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously, maintaining organized documentation and communication timelines.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth handoff and aligned expectations.
- Partner with the Tax Team to ensure that all required tax information is gathered and correctly entered into the system.
- Track onboarding progress and maintain organized records within systems such as HubSpot and isolved.
- Follow up with clients on missing information and help keep implementations on schedule.
- Provide clear communication and updates to ensure a positive onboarding experience for every client.
What We're Looking For:
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: You manage documentation, timelines, and multiple client projects with accuracy and consistency.
- Strong Communicator: You're comfortable working directly with clients and internal teams, communicating clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable working within Excel, CRM platforms (HubSpot), and payroll/HCM systems such as isolved, and you can quickly learn new tools and workflows.
- Problem Solver: You enjoy bringing structure to complex workflows, gathering complete information, and keeping projects moving forward.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in payroll, HR services, client onboarding, or implementation coordination is a strong plus.
