About the Role:
As an Implementation Specialist, you'll be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing payroll and HCM systems for new and existing clients. You'll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, analyze their current processes, and implement tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and compliance.
This role requires technical proficiency, adaptability, and strong client communication skills, as you'll be providing training and ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition for every client.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during payroll and HCM implementations.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather payroll and HR data, ensuring accurate system setup and configuration.
- Analyze current client processes and recommend efficiencies that improve payroll accuracy and workforce management.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure all system entries are accurate and compliant with payroll and tax regulations.
- Provide virtual and in-person training to clients, ensuring they understand system functionality and best practices.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting, addressing client questions and system-related issues promptly.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining excellent client communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with Sales, Payroll, and other departments to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with payroll regulations, labor laws, and HCM technology advancements to provide expert guidance.
